More Multi Media Moments in May

The month of May was another active period for ADB Creative Consulting.  Through my media representation of the Borough FC, the League1 Ontario Championship side, club founder Andrew Ornoch and player Selah Dennis were featured on Rogers Durham TV’s weekly “Sports Report with Scott Dennis” show. Andrew and Selah spoke about the Borough FC’s excellent start to the new L1O season and their efforts in engaging the community with an attractive game day experience both on and off the pitch.

Speaking of League1, I had the pleasure of calling a L1O women’s Premier division match between NDC and Alliance United from Varsity Centre, an iconic venue where I experienced a lot of memorable moments through the early years of my career. My June L1O assignment coming up this weekend will take me to Durham region for a local derby between Pickering FC and Whitby FC in a men’s Championship division clash.

Back on the consulting front, following an initial campaign in March, I executed a second media campaign for Steve Nijjar and his Spanish club Racing Madrid, who earned an historic promotion to the fifth tier of Spanish football in May. Renowned British author Simon Evans’ new Soccer Business Newsletter carried the story this week and an interview was arranged with GTA radio station CMR Diversity FM 101.3. Plus, a comprehensive feature article in the nationally distributed Soccer 360 magazine is expected to be published in the August issue.

I’m also excited to be working behind the scenes with a former colleague on an interesting event that connects soccer with cinema. It’s in the development stage so I can’t reveal too much yet but stay tuned because I’ll be sharing more details in a future post.

Enjoy the start of your summer months and, as always, if you or your organization or someone you know are seeking consultation and representation in media, DM me. I’m always happy to chat!
